By marketing the property ourselves and, when appropriate, through a selected panel of approved local agents, we bring the property to it's target market and save our clients the headache of liaising with various agents of varying competence at varying commission rates. We manage this process from from start to finish, from preparing the property for letting through to the keys being handed over to the tenant.
